Eriskay Lilt first stepped into the recording studio in 1998. Since then they have released a total of five CD albums featuring the best of their music which has proved so popular at weddings, dances and parties throughout Scotland. Sales of their CDs have exceeded all their expectations, and for this they extend their thanks to all their loyal followers and to the network of shops in the west of Scotland for their continued support.

From Eriskay to Donegal (ELR03CD)
Eriskay Lilt’s third album was produced in response to the overwhelming reception given to the first two CDs. Running time 56 mins. approx.

Dreaming In The West (ELR02CD)
The second CD from husband & wife duo Don & Kathleen MacDonald features more of their unique combination of musical genres. Everything from the Gay Gordons, Strip the Willow and Canadian Barn Dance to covers of songs from The Corrs, Shania Twain and Abba is represented here in the inimitable style that is “Eriskay Lilt”. Running time 62 mins. approx.

Just A Little Bit (ELR01CD)
The dynamic duo of Eriskay Lilt have a huge following throughout the Highlands & Islands. Mind you, it’s not surprising, given the lilting west coast sound that they produce - one that is guaranteed to have the feet tapping wherever they perform. In this, their first album, they present a fine mix of original material and a good selection of popular favourites. Experience “Just A Little Bit” of their magical sound. Running time 56 mins. approx.

Nutshell Music, Oban
Eriskay Lilt have established an excellent working relationship with Nutshell Music, having recorded and mixed all but two of their CDs there. The studio is owned and run by Finlay Wells and his wife Helen. Sound engineer Finlay, a graduate of the “Recording Workshop”, Ohio, USA is no stranger to the other side of the microphone! His guitar-toting skills have been heard on  several recordings as well as at live venues throughout Scotland. What little spare time he has left is devoted to teaching guitar.
